Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

Lion’s Mane mushrooms are becoming increasingly popular due to their medicinal properties. These mushrooms are known as a “superfood” due to their range of vitamins and minerals. They are rich in B-vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin, as well as the minerals potassium, zinc, and selenium.

Lion’s Mane mushrooms are also known for their anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-cancer properties. The active compounds in the mushrooms have been shown to have a beneficial effect on the immune system, helping to protect against various illnesses. These mushrooms are also beneficial for brain health, as they contain compounds that can help to improve cognitive functions, reduce memory loss, and improve concentration.

These mushrooms have the ability to stimulate Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) improving brain and neurological functions as well as being able to regenerate damaged nerves and allowing neurons in the brain to survive.

The mushrooms also contain a unique compound called Hericenones, which can help to promote nerve regeneration. This compound has been shown to be beneficial for people with nerve damage, nerve pain, and other neurological conditions.

Powder

Powder

Our Lion's Mane Mushrooms are available in both powder and refined extracted powder form.  They are 100% organic, natural medicinal mushrooms with no fillers. The powder is available in both a 80g Glass Jar (powder) and a 200g or 400g Bulk Pack (refined extracted powder).

Dosage:

Take 2 teaspoons (1g) once or twice a day in anything hot.

Directions:

Whole Mushroom Powder: To unlock its full medicinal benefits, mix 2 teaspoons (1g) of the powdered mushrooms into a small amount of boiling water and let it steep for a few minutes. You can then enjoy it as is, or stir it into hot meals, coffee, or tea. Once cooled, it can also be added to your smoothie or protein shake.

Refined Extract Powder: This concentrated version is ready to go - simply stir 2 teaspoons (1g) into your food, coffee, tea, smoothie or shake. No steeping required.

Tincture

Tincture

Choosing between a mushroom tincture and a mushroom powder largely depends on your lifestyle and health goals.

If you need quick absorption and convenience, a tincture might be the better option. If you prefer a more versatile and sustained intake, mushroom powder could be your go-to. Both forms offer unique advantages, making them valuable additions to your wellness routine.

Dosage: The tincture can be consumed as is by placing 1 – 2ml under your tongue.

Capsules

Dual-Extract Capsules

When looking for a medicinal mushroom capsule or tincture that is going to be most beneficial, make sure you find a capsule or tincture that is dual extracted and remember if it doesn’t say “dual extracted” then most likely it isn’t.

All our capsules and tinctures are made from whole fruiting bodies and not mycelium. Furthermore, our capsules are vegetable capsules as opposed to gelcaps which makes them vegan, halal and kosher-friendly.

Dosage: Adults take two capsules once or twice daily.
